Order access for employee
It is only you who are the closest manager who can order access for an employee. Contact the SRQ office or your regional quality coordinator to order access to the register.
Send the following information about the person who will be granted access:
- Job type
Send an e-mail message to the office at email@example.com, or to the regional quality coordinator.
You will find contact information to the regional quality coordinator in your health care region here
Thereafter, SRQ’s office staff or the quality coordinator will contact the person concerned to grant access.
